NOTE: Pre-Paid Shipping Label is active for 7 days from the time it is created.
Mail packages measuring more than 7 pounds weight and with dimensions longer than 12 inches are NOT Eligible for Free Pre-Paid Shipping Label.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a free pre-paid shipping label for Puerto Rico and outside the continental United States.

SHIPPING INFO: We cover one way shipping only . Customer paying just for the return shipping. Shipment rates will be calculated by size, weight and destination. Usually for small size drones is $15 ( DJI Mavic Series) , for middle size drones is $25 (DJI Phantom Series) and for big drones is around $35-$55. ( DJI Inspire Series). Shipping Insurance is optional upon request and it will be an additional charge. We do shipping with USPS and UPS including a tracking number and signature required on delivery.

Securely package your item with the gimbal clamp in place (if applicable).

We require your Drone & Controller Only.
We don’t require Batteries, Props, SD Card, Battery Charger, Micro USB Cables etc, please don’t send these if not asked !

After we received the drone we’ll run diagnose in about 1-7 bus. days and call you back with timely and accurate estimates.

notes: The drone diagnostics process may take up to 10 business days upon receiving. Some of the diagnostics and repairs may take longer depending on the type of the damages and parts availability.

Upon approval, we’ll repair your drone.

If you choose not to have it repaired, you simply pay for return shipping and we will send it back to you in the condition we received it in. The customer paying for return shipping!

After the repair is complete, we’ll email you an invoice for easy and convenient online payment.
After the payment is cleared we ship the drone back to the customer. Shipment rates will be calculated by size, weight and destination. Usually for small size drones is $15 ( DJI Mavic Series) , for middle size drones is $25 (DJI Phantom Series) and for big drones is around $35-$55. ( DJI Inspire Series).

Our drone repair services aim for efficiency, with a turnaround time of 1 to 10 business days post-approval. The diagnostic phase may extend up to 7 business days upon receipt. The timeline for diagnostics and repairs is contingent on damage complexity and parts availability, ensuring meticulous attention to detail in every service we provide.

For medium-sized drones like the DJI Phantom Series, shipping fees are in the range of $25 to $35. Larger drones, such as the DJI Inspire Series, generally incur shipping charges ranging from $35 to $65.

Customers have the option to add shipping insurance at an additional cost, which is available upon request. Our shipping partners include USPS and UPS, ensuring secure and reliable delivery services. Each shipment is accompanied by a tracking number, and delivery requires a signature for added security.

They provided a diagnosis in less than one day and completed the necessary repairs, firmware updates, and calibrations the next day after my authorization. The drone repair was great experience from the start was quick on the response and set up a time to for me to drop it off as I’m local to the Irvine area. I dropped it off on a Monday they provided me a quote on what was damaged from me crashing it.  I told them to proceed with the fixes and they had repaired by Thursday afternoon and I picked up.  Great thing is they checked in to make sure I didn’t have any troubles picking it up and the next day if I had a chance to fly to make sure everything was ok with it. Sent to the Drone Repair, the team quickly responded gave me a repair quote. After I approved, they finished it in couple days. What a great service. Received my drone like a brand new again.
