Mail packages measuring more than 7 pounds weight and with dimensions longer than 12 inches are NOT Eligible for Free Pre-Paid Shipping Label.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a free pre-paid shipping label for Puerto Rico and outside the continental United States.

SHIPPING INFO: We cover one way shipping only . Customer paying just for the return shipping. Shipment rates will be calculated by size, weight and destination. Usually for small size drones is $15 ( DJI Mavic Series) , for middle size drones is $25 (DJI Phantom Series) and for big drones is around $35-$55. ( DJI Inspire Series). Shipping Insurance is optional upon request and it will be an additional charge. We do shipping with USPS and UPS including a tracking number and signature required on delivery.

Securely package your item with the gimbal clamp in place (if applicable).

We require your Drone & Controller Only.
We don’t require Batteries, Props, SD Card, Battery Charger, Micro USB Cables etc, please don’t send these if not asked !

After we received the drone we’ll run diagnose in about 1-7 bus. days and call you back with timely and accurate estimates.

notes: The drone diagnostics process may take up to 10 business days upon receiving. Some of the diagnostics and repairs may take longer depending on the type of the damages and parts availability.

Upon approval, we’ll repair your drone.

If you choose not to have it repaired, you simply pay for return shipping and we will send it back to you in the condition we received it in. The customer paying for return shipping!

After the repair is complete, we’ll email you an invoice for easy and convenient online payment.
After the payment is cleared we ship the drone back to the customer. Shipment rates will be calculated by size, weight and destination. The timeline for diagnostics and repairs is contingent on damage complexity and parts availability, ensuring meticulous attention to detail in every service we provide.

The Drone Repair shop is outstanding! We had an emergency repair request after our DJI Mavic 2 drone hit thin tree branches and fell which damaged the gimbal and the right leg. We had an already booked a four day shoot coming up in just two days-- so it was a crisis. But Ludwig at the Drone Repair shop responded immediately to my phone call and arranged for me to drop off the drone to him the same day as the crash. He gave us a repair quote late that evening which we approved,  and the drone  was fully repaired and ready to pick the next day! It flew great, and we were able to do to the four day gig as planned. When the gimbal on my DJI Mavic 3 became stuck (my fault for launching it off desert sand) I turned to The Drone Repair for help. I sent the drone in, they diagnosed the problem and rather than immediately going the replacement route, they took the time and effort to successfully clean and repair the existing gimbal. Saving me lots of $$ by doing so! I appreciated the updates on the status of my drone, even during the busy holiday season.
