Securely package your item with the gimbal clamp in place (if applicable).
We require your Drone & Controller Only.
We don’t require Batteries, Props, SD Card, Battery Charger, Micro USB Cables etc, please don’t send these if not asked !
After the drone is received we’ll run a diagnostic and send you an email with a non obligation quote. Usually the diagnostics takes 1-3 days. Some of the diagnostics and repairs may take longer depending on the type of the damages and parts availability.
Upon approval, we’ll repair your drone.
If you choose not to have it repaired, you simply pay for return shipping and we will send it back to you in the condition we received it in.
After the repair is complete, we’ll email you an invoice for easy and convenient online payment.
After the payment is cleared we ship the drone back to the customer. Shipment rates will be calculated by size, weight and destination. Usually for small size drones is $15 ( DJI Mavic Series) , for middle size drones is $25 (DJI Phantom Series) and for big drones is around $35-$55. ( DJI Inspire Series).

Fast Turnaround
The drone diagnostics process may take up to 7 business days upon receiving. Some diagnostics and repairs services may take longer depending on the type of the damages and the parts availability. Turnaround time for the repairusually takes from 1 to 3 business days after you have accepted the estimate.

The drone repair was great experience from the start was quick on the response and set up a time to for me to drop it off as I’m local to the Irvine area. I dropped it off on a Monday they provided me a quote on what was damaged from me crashing it. I told them to proceed with the fixes and they had repaired by Thursday afternoon and I picked up. Great thing is they checked in to make sure I didn’t have any troubles picking it up and the next day if I had a chance to fly to make sure everything was ok with it. That in my book seals the deal as a returning customer and recommending them to people.

A bad crashed on my DJI Mini 4 Pro left the gimbal malfunctioning and the rubber needs to be replaced. Sent to the Drone Repair, the team quickly responded gave me a repair quote. After I approved, they finished it in couple days. What a great service. Received my drone like a brand new again. I really made a perfect choice having them fixed my drone.
