Securely package your item with the gimbal clamp in place (if applicable).
We require your Drone & Controller Only.
We don’t require Batteries, Props, SD Card, Battery Charger, Micro USB Cables etc, please don’t send these if not asked !
After the drone is received we’ll run a diagnostic and send you an email with a non obligation quote. Usually the diagnostics takes 1-3 days. Some of the diagnostics and repairs may take longer depending on the type of the damages and parts availability.
Upon approval, we’ll repair your drone.
If you choose not to have it repaired, you simply pay for return shipping and we will send it back to you in the condition we received it in.
After the repair is complete, we’ll email you an invoice for easy and convenient online payment.
After the payment is cleared we ship the drone back to the customer. Shipment rates will be calculated by size, weight and destination. The drone diagnostics process may take up to 7 business days upon receiving. Some diagnostics and repairs services may take longer depending on the type of the damages and the parts availability. Turnaround time for the repairusually takes from 1 to 3 business days after you have accepted the estimate.

My DJI Mini 3 pro had a bad crash that left it with a broken front arm. The Drone Repair shop is outstanding! We had an emergency repair request after our DJI Mavic 2 drone hit thin tree branches and fell which damaged the gimbal and the right leg. We had an already booked a four day shoot coming up in just two days-- so it was a crisis. But Ludwig at the Drone Repair shop responded immediately to my phone call and arranged for me to drop off the drone to him the same day as the crash. He gave us a repair quote late that evening which we approved, and the drone was fully repaired and ready to pick the next day! It flew great, and we were able to do to the four day gig as planned. We will definitely be using them in the future if we have anymore drone repair needs. Highly recommend!

When the gimbal on my DJI Mavic 3 became stuck (my fault for launching it off desert sand) I turned to The Drone Repair for help. I sent the drone in, they diagnosed the problem and rather than immediately going the replacement route, they took the time and effort to successfully clean and repair the existing gimbal. Saving me lots of $$ by doing so! I appreciated the updates on the status of my drone, even during the busy holiday season. Hopefully I won't be needing any repair soon (lesson learned), but if I do...I know where to go. Thanks Drone Repair!
